Use this form to sign up for the Action Group/s you want to work with. All you need to do for the Action Group is monitor or pay attention to your issue/s. You can do this easily by paying attention when watching TV, reading, or surfing the web. Use the ACP Forum to communicate about issues that your Action Group should contact their Congressional representatives about.
