item veto power for all Governors in all states of the
Executive &
Congressional Pay Raises Regulation:
1. The ACP wants to take away the power of the US Congress to vote for pay raises for it and Executive Branch employees.
2. The power for giving raises to the Executive Branch and US Congress will be in the hands of the US people' state representatives and state governors. The money for paying wages to Congress will still come from federal funds.
3. This is to help enforce the 27th amendment.
Qualification of
Naturalized Citizens for President:

amendment to allow naturalized citizens to run for the office of President of

running must have lived legally in the U.S for at least 15 years prior to
running for office.
